Working harder on your business won't change how it feels to run it.

But changing the way you run yourself will.

The free private podcast that shows female founders how to build a business they love without sacrificing themselves to it

Across five powerful episodes, you'll begin to recognise the patterns keeping you stuck, question the rules you've been running your business by, and discover why changing how you show up could change everything about what you're building.

Five episodes  /  Six days  /  A different conversation about business
Sound familiar?

You learned how to build a business. Did anyone teach you how to run it without running yourself into the ground?

You can have the ideas, the clients, the team and a business the woman who started it would be enormously proud of.

None of that stops you lying awake wondering, "Is this just what running a business feels like?"

So you do what we all do. You look at the business and try to fix that:

  • A new strategy
  • A better system
  • Another course
  • More hours, more energy, more pushing

Each of those can help. But you don't leave yourself at the door when you start work. If the woman making the decisions doesn't change, the business doesn't either.

The five episodes

The answer isn't one more tactic. It's five shifts in the woman running it.

Each episode gives you one shift and something to use straight away, so by the end of the week you're making decisions differently.

Some of your habits have served you brilliantly. Others you’ve run on autopilot for so long you forgot they were a choice.

Inside the private podcast

In this free podcast, you'll learn:

  • How to stop pushing through exhaustion and protect your energy instead. I'll share what skipping in the rain revealed about how I was running my business, and the question to ask before you reach for "more"
  • What your "maybe I should just get a job at Tesco" moments are really telling you, and how to use them to fix the part of your business that's wearing you down instead of wanting to quit
  • A six-word question you can use on any thought, habit or decision to make clearer, faster choices and drop what's quietly costing you
  • How to say no to brilliant opportunities without guilt or FOMO, and how to tell which ones genuinely deserve your energy (including why I stayed home from an event 6,000 entrepreneurs went to)
  • How to choose the people, conversations and rooms around you so they raise what you believe is possible, not shrink it

Wherever you are right now, this is for you.

You're running on autopilot

Business is busy, you're the one everyone relies on and you're tired. You'll get your energy back, start saying no and stop carrying everything yourself.

You're doing brilliantly

It's working, but a little voice asks what else is possible. You'll get clear on what to keep, what to drop and how to grow without it costing you more.

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I've been an entrepreneur for 17 years. I built a marketing agency, led a team of nine and raised two daughters through chapters of life that were anything but straightforward.

I rebuilt my life after domestic abuse and single motherhood, and spent years being the woman who could cope and keep going. It helped me build a business. Eventually I asked whether the way I'd learned to operate was the way I wanted to carry on.

Today I speak on stages and work with female founders on how our beliefs, choices and relationships shape what we build. In this podcast, I'm sharing exactly what changed, so you can do it faster than I did.

Real conversations. Real shifts.

“I came in questioning whether I should lower my prices. Taking a pause helped me see whose opinion was influencing that decision, and whether I needed to change them at all. Having the space to explore these things, hear other women’s perspectives and come to my own conclusions has been incredibly valuable.”

“I’m noticing things about myself that I would never have picked up on before. Those moments where I pause are helping me catch old habits and beliefs before I automatically fall back into them. After 10 years of running a business, I’m genuinely changing the way I think and operate.”
